A Home Owners Association (HOA) is a defacto form of government which you opted FOR at the time that you obtained your property. Clearly, many HOAs have their own official (BOARD sanctioned) websites. This can lead to member communications on issues, or any controversy, that is one-sided (THEIRS!) ~ and individual owners (unless they can afford to create their own website and/or perform other means of membership communication) have no practical means to get "their side" of the story on issues told to the other members and/or rally support in the electorate. "YOAdispatch" is about the news and opinions of YOUR Owners Association -- as reported from a member's perspective -- FIRST!
